Who we are
IAMAI Studio, Miami FL — a two-person custom software studio.

What we collect
- Contact form: name, business name, phone, and the message you type. This goes directly into our internal dashboard. No third-party CRM.
- Email: if you message us at contact@iam-ai.co, the email body and any attachments are retained alongside the corresponding lead record.
- Vercel Analytics: anonymous page-view data (no cookies, no fingerprinting, no personal data). See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
- No tracking pixels, no ad networks, no session recording.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver your project. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions: 12 months from last contact, then deleted.
Client project data: retained for the duration of the engagement plus 90 days after final delivery, then purged from our systems.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@iam-ai.co. We will respond within 5 business days.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics is cookieless. We may set a single functional cookie to remember your cookie consent preference.
Changes
If we update this policy we will change the “Last updated” date below. Continued use of the site after an update = acceptance of the new policy.
